How does the Subscription work?
Our subscription options are designed to make healthy eating simple and convenient.
Choose your Plan: Select the number of meals per week that best fits your lifestyle.
Customize: Fill out the questionnaire of food preferences/allergy restrictions to help our chefs pick and prepare your weekly meals.
Delivery: When you sign up for a monthly subscription, meals azure freshly prepared and delivered straight to your doorstep on Tuesday evenings. Your order is expected to arrive between 5-7 p.m. with text updates.

What is the difference between subscriptions and weekly meals?
Weekly meal orders are designed for those who prefer flexibility with no long-term commitment. You can order meals one week at a time and choose the specific amount desired. This is a great option if you’re trying us out for the first time, travel a lot, or only need meals occasionally. Pricing is set slightly higher than meal subscriptions since it’s pay-as-you-go.
When are the Delivery Day/Times?
Subscription-based clients receive free delivery every Tuesday evening between 5-7 pm. You will receive text updates about your order. If you are on a subscription plan but live outside of Clarksburg/Bridgeport, you may pick up at the kitchen or meet in Fairmont on Wednesdays.
How do the Weekly Specials Work?
Each week we will share our menu for the week which will entail 4 new or rotating meal options, and you may place an order through the site. These orders are pick up only.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
To keep things fair for both our customers and our kitchen team, here’s how subscription cancellations work:
Notice Required: Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
Example- If you created a subscription account on September 7th, you must submit a cancellation request 7 days prior to October 7th, on September 30th. Contact us first any questions or concerns.
If you cancel after your billing date, your subscription will remain active until the end of that paid period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused weeks.
